Com o seu protegido, Danny McCoy (Josh Duhamel), um ex-fuzileiro naval nascido em Las Vegas, eles lidam com trapaceiros que contam cartas, ladrões que aproveitam a sorte dos outros e cassinos rivais que roubam seus maiores apostadores.

Como se as típicas pressões de um emprego comum não fossem suficientes para Big Ed, ele recentemente encontrou Danny na cama com Delinda (Molly Sims, ex-apresentadora da MTV americana), sua filha única.

Após desmaiar, a primeira coisa que Jack (Matthew Fox, "Party of Five") sente é dor. Depois, o sol queimando o seu rosto. Uma floresta de bambu. Fumaça. Gritos. Michael Scofield é um homem desesperado. O seu irmão, Lincoln Burrows, está no corredor da morte e será executado em alguns meses, após ser condenado por um assassinato que Michael está convencido que Lincoln não cometeu. Uma nova versão do Megacubo já se encontra disponível para download, ela conta com diversas correções além de algumas modificações para evitar problemas com perda da senha de acesso a conteúdo adulto que tem acontecido com muitos usuários.

Foi melhorada também a opção de abrir o canal no player externo, ou seja, se você estiver assistindo um canal no Megacubo que use a tecnologia Windows Media, basta você apertar Ctrl+E que o canal abrirá direto no seu Windows Media Player, se estiver assistindo um canal do Mogulus basta apertar Ctrl+E para abrir a página do canal no Mogulus, enfim esta opção está disponível para todos canais, basta abrir o canal desejado e depois pressionar Ctrl+E.

Apartir desta versão também não será mais necessário executar o programa como Administrador no Windows Vista para configurar a senha de controle dos pais, basta ir no em Opções > Mais Opções no menu do Megacubo e na janela que abrir clicar em Controle dos Pais - Configurar.
